DISASTROUS FIRE AT UPPER MOUTERE.

(From our own correspondent.) Messrs Drurnmond's buildings consisting of flour mill and saw-mill, and hop-kiln and barn, and containing threshing machine, hops, implements, <Xre., were totally destroyed by fire last night. The loss is very great. There was no insurance. Later. The fire is believed to have originated m the hop-kiln. The buildings were all m one block. The neighbors gathered quickly and gave all the assistance they could, but little could be done. A few bales of hops andthree or four hundredweight of flour was all that could be saved. It is thought that £2000 would not cover the loss.
