[Reuter's Agency.] London, March 5. Arrangements have been concluded whereby two bars will be opened at the forthcoming Colonial Exhibition exclusively for the sale of Australian wines. In the House of Commons last night, the Eight Hon. H. Holmeß brought forward a motion, of which he had previously given notice, to the effect that the House declines to vote supplies for Ireland without further information as to the intentions of the Government with regard to that_ country. After considerable discussion a division was taken with the result that the motion was negatived. The directors of the Bank of Australasia have declared a dividend for the half year at the rate of fifteen per cent per annum, the sum of £22,000 being brought forward, and carried to the Reserve Fund. [ Paris, March 5. In the Chamber of Deputies last night, a motion for the expulsion cf the Princes was brought forward and negatived by a large majority.
