Since our ■HI last report the weather has been more mgp favorable for the growing crop3, but, at least ■BJF two months of dry, warm weatber is wanted Ws£& to secure the corn in good order. Owing to WsßJ> the moist nature of the season there is an |ffl& abundance of grass, which augurs well for a I§|P plentiful supply of dairy produce. Reports Ki|| froui the Peninsula and the country state Wp that the crop of cocksfoot and ryegrass is jjCp|. likely to be a heavy one, and that cutting Wjgm should commence within the next fortnight. |gW Wheat—There is only a sluggish busiI|ijj|§jL- nes3 passing in this cereal; in fact, for the ■fira. past four weeks transactions have been alIHnioU nil. 'Hunter's and pearl in sound ■■K condition have b-en quitted at 3s 3d to 33 4 3 ■■Mf.o.b. ; Tuscan is quoted at 3s 2d to 3s 3d, ■HEbut there are no buyers.
