ENGLISH AND FOREIGN.
London, January 29. The ship Simla, "which was in collision with the City of Lueknow off the Needles, did not sink after being deserted by her crew, and is vow being towed to Gravesend. A serious catastrophe has occurred on the River Mersey, resulting in the wreck o£ the steamer Juno, and twenty-five passengers and cr«w were drowned.
