I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that under a Writ of Fieri Facias, issued to me out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Nelson District, at the suit of the Bank of New fionth Wales, carrying on business at Westport as Bankers, I have this day taken in execution the unexpired term on Fourteen years from the First day of March, 1877, held by JAMES CALLAN.of Westport, Butcher, in and over all that Parcel of Land, containing Five Acres, te'nsr the whole of Section numbered 29 on the official map, showing what are known as the Westport Suburban Sections, having a Fronts ge of five (5) chains upon Victoria Poad, and extending back from the line of frontage in a rectangular block ten (10) chains : and also the Equity of Redemption in an urexpired term of Five year*, dating from the First day of Jure, 1875, with a Right of Renewal for a further term of Five years, held by the said James Callan, in all that Parcel of I and on the Town of 'Westport, being Part of Section numbered 2 on the plans of the said town, bounded on the north two hundred and flftv (250) links by other part of the same section, on the east fifteen (15) feet by part of eection numbered 9. on thestuthtwo hundred and fifty (950) links by other put of same section, leaded to one Samuel Haraley, and on the west fifteen (15)---feet on Palmerston-street : and I intend to cause the said Farcels of Land, and the Estate and interest of t*e said James Call* n therein, to be SOLD by AUCTION by Mb. John Mokbo, at bis Auction Rooms, in the Town of Wes'porr, at the expiration of three months, that is to say, on the TWENTY-SECOND DiT OF DECEM-.
