The Secretary reported that during the past month the balance-sheet has been duly audited and published. Letters were received from the Public Works Oflaoe, enclosing, for the Chairman's signature, two forms of agreement for the sums of £500 and £173, being parts of the vote for (he road from Stanley Brook to Thorpe. Resolved, That the application cannot be enttrtained, as the road only leads to leased land occupied by the applicant, and it does not appear that there would be anything to carry on the road if made. Messrs J. Schwase and Tietjen applied to have a road set out in Redwood's Valley, they being much inconvenienced for want of it. Surveyor was directed to mark it off as soon as possible.
