The Wellington left Wellington this afternoon, will arrive here to-morrow morning and sail fop Taranaki and Manukau at 5 p.m. "With the outward Sun Francisco mail. The Claud Hamilton has arrived off Hokitika, and was tendered this morning. She vrill arrive here to-morrow, and sail for Melbourne via Wellington and South on Saturday. The Tararua arrived at Port Chalmers to-day, and will reach here on Tuesday morn-s Jng. She sails the same day for Melbourne" via the West Coast. The Clyde sailed for Bateman's Bay, New South Wales, yesterday afternoon. She loads there with iron bark piles for Mr Freeman, the contractor for the Wairoa bridge. The crew of the ill-fated Taranaki passed through here. in the Taupo to-day, en route for Dunedin. According to the latest accounts the Taranuki has almost broken up, only a small portion of her being discerhable above the water. The Taupo came into harbor this morning at 4.30. She left Onehnnga at 3.30 p.m. on Tuesday, and arrived off New Plymouth nt 10 a.m. yesterday; landed passengers and mails, aud 200 tons of cargo, and sailed for Nelson at 2 p.m., and arrived here at 4 a.m. to ; day. Experienced fine weather throughout the passage. The Taupo sailed for Wellington and South this afternoon.
