[Before his Honor Judge Broad.] THIS DAY. He George Tarr, beceased. His Honor gave judgment this morning, granting letters of administration with the will annexed, to the daughter of the deceased. Security to double the value of the estate to he given to th.c satisfaction of the Couyt. Mr Acton Adams appeared for the applicant! Ix the will op J. P. Parker. Probate was granted to the executors Charles Parker and J. Auty. The estate was sworn uqder £200.
