UPON hearing Mr Staite and Mr Guinness of Counsel for Creditors ofthe said Company, and Mr Pitt of Coansel for the Petitioning Creditors, and upon reading the Order of this Court made herein, dated tbe Seventeenth (day of October last, and the affid-vits of William McLean, Jakes Kirton, and William Pitt, respectively swora and filed herein, with the paper writings thereunto annexed, it is ordered that the choice of the Creditors at the said meeting in electing Willi ah McLean, of Reefton, aforesaid, Sharebroker, to be the Liquidator of the Estate of the said Company be and the tame is hereby confirmed.
