No exhibitor can take the second prize if the first has been awarded to him. 8. Every plant thown in a pot or box must have been bo grown for two months previously. 9. Every production except bequets and stands of flowers mu->t be grown by the exhibitor. 10. Every production shown as a seedling must have been raised by the exhibitor. 11. No person except the Secaerary and his assistant shnll be allowel to be in the room whilst the Judges aru aw: rding the prizeß. 12. The Exhibition will be open lrom two until five o'clock in the afternoon, and from seven until nine in the evening. 13. Non-subscribers will be almitted on^ payment of one shilling.
