There has been a lonely day for tbis match, which commenced aMile after eleven. Nehon haviig won.the toss sent Lynch, and Salmon to the wicket to. the bowling of Wix and Hole. The latter was bowled by Hole in his second over, and was succeeded by Armitage. Sdm;:n, after being missed by Knapp eff Wix, fell to the bowling of; Hole in his third over.
