REGULATIONS. j j Every production intended for exhibition must be delivered between the hours of three and six in the afternoon of Tuesday, "the 25th November, except cut flowers, designs, and fruit, which must be delivered between the hours of nine and ten on Thnrsday morning. Every exhibitor must deliver a list of his specimens, with, his name, to the Committee, who will give him a number, which he must attach to his specimens. No greater number of articles shall be exhibited for a prize than required by the list, hut any exhibitor may send several sets for the same prize, provided they be different varieties or species. No exhibitor can take the second prize if the first has been awarded to him. Every plant shown in a.pot or box must have been so grown for one month previously. Every production , (except designs) must be .grown by the exhibitor. The Judges will have the power of withholding prizes from any articles not considered - worthy, or reducing the amount of prizes according to ' the merit of the article, and in all cases the decision of tha Judges 'shall be final.
