No notice can -be tri-Tceh of anonymous'communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in tin's journal must be authenticated by the name and address of the .writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. : Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail must be written upon one side of the paper only; and. sentjto the office before 12 o'clock noon, or they will.not appear in that evening's paper.
