r l o Feidat, 3rd December. Present: Mf-s-re. Burns (chairman), Webb, BurD, Black, Hooper, aud Percy. Minutes of preceding meeting read and agreed to. The Finance Committee reported that they had examined the books and; found thera correct. On the motion of Mr. Webb it was J agreed that Vanguard-street from Potter's to tho Haven-road should be formed if the prison labor could be obtained.
