[Before his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond]. . ■ Yesterday. Begina v. M'Loughlin, O'Brien, . and o' Sullivan. We yesterday :gave the evidence in this case, which had not concluded when we went to press. - The jury retired at a quarter past five, aud after an absence of three-quarters of an hour, returned with a verdict of Guilty with arecommendatiou to mercy against M'Loughlio, and Not Guilty against O'Brien and O'Sullivan, who were at once discharged with a severe warning from the Judge. M'Loughliu was sentenced to two ye?»rs inprisonment with hard labor. The Court then adjourned until to-morrow (Saturday) at 10 a. in., when the case of Regina v. Braithwaite for bigamy will be heard.
