THAMES SHARES INVESTMENT COMPANY. 1 0 000 SHARES 0F 5s - EACH. With a view to assisting the FUNDS of the DIGGERS' HOSPITAL at the THAMES, it has been determined to submit to the public the subjoined List of Mining Shares in some of the best Claims on the Thames Goldfield, on which all calle, up to date, will be paid. Daltokt & Holmes, Graharastown, Thames; and by Messrs. Thompson & Staveet, Nelson. I Letters from Southern Provinces and Country Districts containing applications for tickets must be accompanied by cheque or postoflke order for the amount, or, if money is inclosed, should be registered, and tickets will be forwarded by return post. Ten per cent, of the gross proceeds of the sale of tickets will be retained by the Honorary Treasurer, Mr. Yon Stukmek, who has kindly consented to act in that capacity, and will be handed over to the Commit: cc of the Thames Hospital, on behalf of the funds of that institution, immediately after the drawing rf the Prizes, which will take place under the supervision of a Committee to be appointed by the members subscribing then present. A list of the successful numbers will be published. Two gentlemen will be appointed by the Hospital Committee to audit the accounts on behalf of the Hospital.
