RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Before J. Shabp, Esq , E.M. This Day. James Dick charged with being drank and incapable, was fined 10s. and costs. William Taylor who was remanded on Saturday, was again brought up charged with assaulting George Witney. . Mr. H. Adams who appeared for the prosecution, produced a certificate from Dr. Cotterell stating that the prosecutor, although out of danger, was unable to attend. The case was further remanded until Friday next. . Mr. Kingdon, on behalf of the prisoner, applied for bai^ which was granted, the prisoner in £100 and two sureties in £50 each. :
