In re William Robert Monbo Walkinshaw. -\TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in J3l accordance with the "Escheat Act, 1868," an INQUEST was held at the Resident Magistrate's Court-house, Nelson, on SATURDAY, the Second day of October, 1869, at the hour of Ten of the clock in the Forenoon, respecting the Escheat of Section numbered 515 on the Plan of the City of Nelson, and Section numbered 72 on the Plan of the District of Waimea East. And notice is hereby further given that such Inquest stands adjourned until Saturday, tbe Sixteenth Day of October, 1869, at the hour of Ten of the clock in the Forenoon, at the 6aid Court-hou<e, when all Persons claiming Title to the Premises respecting which Enquiry is made, must appear and give Evidence before the Sheriff in support of such claim.
