The Circular Saw Co.'s steamer Aireda'e left Onehunga wharf on the 16th instant, at 4 p.m., crossed the bar at 6 o'clock • the same evening, and anchored off Taranaki yesterday morning at 8 am. Sailed from thence at 2 p.m., and arrived off the Boulder Bank at 5 o'clock this morning. She had light variable winds and fine weather throughout the passage. The ss. Murray left Nelson on Saturday last at 11 a.m .arriving at Motuekt Mt 12.40., took in 40 tons cargo, and sailed for Wes'port on Sunday morning at 2 a.m., experienced fine weather with light N.JW". w'nds throughout the passage; she > passed the -'attelite, Alert. Hftathcote, and 5 other vessels, off Bocks Point, all bound for West (.'oast j ports, she arrived off "the Buller at 930 p.m. on the same day; crossed the bar at 3 a.m. on Monday, discharged passengers and cargo, sailed at 4 a.m. Tuesday, for Hokitika, arrived at the wharf at 2 p.m., discharged Thirty -five tons cargo, 1,700 098. .Gold, and 19 passengers, sailed at 4 20 a.m., for Greymouth, arriving at 6.30 a.m., too late for tide, and the channel being very narrow, could not cross the bar, until five in the evening. Discharged twenty tons and took in ten tons of cargo ; sailed - the following diy at tide time for Westport crossing the bar at 6 a.m. , on Friday, discharged 10 tons cargo and 15 passengers, and sailed for Nelson at 8.15 am ; experienced fine weather to Rock's Point, from thence to the Cape fresh S.W. breeze ; spoke the p.s. Lyttehon laying at anchor under the Cape at 7 p.m. arriving in Nelson this morning: at 2 a.m. On this trip the Murray brings some 2D passengers for Nelson.
