oBefore T. Brunner, R. Pollock, and H. C. | Daniell, Esquires, J.P.'s. This Day. M'Caw v.. Touet. This was an action to recover tha sum of lis. 6d. for gravel supplied. A set-off amounting to 13s. 6(1., for professional advice lis. and a heap of manure, 25., was lodged by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for 6s. and costs, 9s. Rose v. Hale. Claim for £7 9s. 2d. for goods supplied. Judgment for plaintiff for amount c'aimed and costs. Franklin v. -Bennett. . Claim for £4 Bs. A set off bf £4 4s. for goods and cash supplied waa lodged by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for £1 13s. 3d. and costs, 9s.
