Letters, for insertion in the Evening Mail must be written upon one side of the paper only, and sent. to the office. before ,l2 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. W liutever is intended for insertion in this journal must be authenticated by the name and address of the writer, not. necessarily for pub.lication, but as a guarantee of good faith.
