Before J. Shakp, Esq., R. M. This Dat. Adam Pollock, William Ourrie, an'd Peter Cellery, charged with being drunk and incapable, were fined 10a. each, and costs. . . James Mansfield, and Charles Davis, seamen of the barque " Icon," were charged by Henrich Brewer, master of that vessel, with embezzling two casks of bottled beer, two pairs of boots, and one box of candles, part of the cargo of the said barque. Offence admitted. Prisoners were sentenced to twelve weeks imprisonment, with hard labor, it being left optional with the Captain to take them on. board on leaving the harbor.
