PROCLAMATION. By his Honor OSWALD CURTlS, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &C,, &c, &c. BY VIRTUE and in Exercise of the Power and Authority vested in me by "The Superintendent's Deputy Act. 1866," I, Osavald Curtis. Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, do hereby appoint HENRY ADAMS, of the City of Nelson.
