Drunk and Disorderly. — At the Resident Magistrate's Court this morning, Jonathan Mears, charged with tbe above offence, was fined £1 and costs, or, in default, 48 hours' imprisonment. Alteration of Roads. — An application was made before H. Daniell, Esq., J. Blackett, Esq., and R. Pollock, Esq., J.P/s, by the Executors of the late John Poynter, Esq., for permission to make an alteration iv the road through his property at tise Port. Application granted.
