NOTICE is hereby given that the ASSESSMENT of all PROPERTY liable to he rated under the provisions of the " WATERWORKS ACT, 1863," has heen made, and may be INSPECTED at the Waterworks Office, Harley-street, between the hours of Two and Four o.clock, p.m. by any person, for a period of TWENTY-ONE DAYS from this date. Any person who may think himself aggrieved by the Assessment, may APPEAL to a Bench of Magistrates, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 16 of the " Waterworks Act."
