The Colonise of this morning has the following telegrams : — Napier, Wednesday, Auckland dates to 27th March. Kereopa having been threatened to be shot, if he committed murders in the Waikato, has gone to join Te Kooti, and will do all the mischiet he can on the way. Te Kooti has escaped pursuit. He left the camp at Tauara on the Rangitaikai river, and went to Montumata and called eleven Arawas out under pretended friendship. He then cut them to pieces and cooked them in their own coppers, only one of them escaping. The Tauranga left for Tauara on the 23rd, with Dr Pollen, and a nine-pounder Armstrong gun and 15 naval artillery volunteers. Major Mair and forces were at Maketu, having returned from the pursuit of Te Kooti. The Arawas refused to go further , because they were short of provisions, and they asked to be put on the same footing as tbe Europeans. The Taupo settlers have come in, haviDg left their cattle and all their property, and narrowly escaped being taken prisoners by Te Kooti, who has gone by way of "Waikato to join Kereopa. The Airedale arrived at Manukau on the 24th, having encountered very heavy weather. In the storm her foremast went by the board. On the 25th an address with a handsome locket was presented to Captain Kennedy -by the passengers, as a mark of their appreciation of his skill and management during the storm. The sliip was being repaired, and would leave Auckland for South on the 3rd of April.
