Letters for insertion in the Evbniko Mait. must be written upon one side of the paper only, and sent to the office before I*2 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in this journal must he authenticated by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of* good faith.
