Letters for insertion in tbe Evening Mail must be written upon one side ofthe paper only, nnd sent to the office before 12 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in this journal must be authenticated by the name and address ofthe writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith.
