THOSE who are of an opinion that there IS a PUBLIC OPINION in this province are requested to attend a PUBLIC MEETING at the LOWER WAKEFIELD SCHOOLROOM, on MONDAY Evening, the 7th ol September next, when the present method of raising the Revenue of the colony, and the question of a Property and Income Tax, with a reduction of the Customs Duties will be discussed, with the view of bringing a Public Opinion to bear on these important questions.
