MESSRS LOCKHART & CO. have received instructions from the Owner to Sell by Public Auction, immediately after the Sale of Cargo— The American Clipper Schooner S. D. BAILEY, 64 tons register, built in the State of Maine, reclassed and metalled in August last, and ' carries 150 tons dead weight, on a very light draught. The vessel is well found, and can be sent to sea at once without any outlay. Her inventory is most complete, .having just arrived from San Francisco. The Auctioneers beg to call the attention of parties interested in the coasting trade of New Zealand to this really valuable vessel.
