Registered Letters. — Any prepaid letter, newspaper, book or other packet for any place in New Zealand, United Kingdom, British Colonies, and many foreign countries, may be registered at any Postoffice, during office hours, on payment* in stamps affixed to the letters, Sec, of the required fee; and on presentation at the Postoffice window at least one hour prior to the time for closing tha mail by which it is to be forwarded.
