T^TOTICE is hereby given, that on and after the JL^l 2lßt day of July instant, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1866, will be enforced on my land, being Suburban Section No. 25 on the plan of the District of Waimea South; and that it is my intention to claim damages for all cattle trespassing on the said land, whetKer fenced or unenclosed.
