In the event of a Poll being demanded, the POLLING will take place on the following MONDAY, July 13, from 10 to 4 o'clock, at the undermentioned places — Waimea Ea6t — Institution, Richmond, Waimea West — Palmer's Hotel. The result of the Polling will be declared the same day, at the Richmond Institution, at 6 p.m. The attention of the Ratepayers is particularly called to the provisions of the Country Roads Act, according to which no person whose rate is unpaid is entitled to take any part in the election.
