We understand that ihe Colonial Agent, Mr Morrison, and Mr Wrigg leave this evening by the Charles Edward for the West Coast, for the purpose of visiting and inspecting the Brunner and Mount Rochfort coalmines, in connection with the railway project. Mr Morrison, we believe, proceeds thence overland to Hokitika and Christchureh. His Excellency the Governor arrived at Weliiugtonfroin Auckland on Sunday last, in H.M.S. Rosario.
