Hokitika, April 1. 9.40 a.m. The Phosbe arrived from Sydney yesterday. The Priuce ia uearly recovered, and lias visited the Galatea twice, walking without artificial aid. The Syduey papers " think that the Priuce will visit New Zealand, and proceed thence direct home. His movements, however, will be contingent on advices by the Panama Mail, which is due in Sydney to-day. O'Farreli's trial was to commence on Monday. The plea of insauity was to be set up for the defence, which wa3 to be conducted by Messrs. Aspinall and Barry.
