Wellington, Feb. 22, 1 44. p.m. The Melbourne ArgU3 says: — We observe from the home papers that Sir George Grey haa been appointed to his old government of the Cape Colony, in succession to Sir Philip Wodehouse, who has returned home.
The mail via Suez arrived to-day. The Panama Mail Ims not yet been signalled.
