THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that MONDAY, the llth November, will be observed as a PUBLIC HOLIDAY, instead of Saturday, the 9th. IN consequence of the late Fire in this City, it has been thought advisable to POSTPONE the REVIEW intended for MONDAY next until further orders, it having been communicated to the Major commanding the District that several of the Volunteers have lost their uniforms in the fire.
