Intending contractors are required to state in writing on or before SATURDAY, the 9th November, what royalty they are prepared to offer ; but no contract will be signed without the party undertaking it having given satisfactory proof that he is prepared to carry it out in a proper manner, in accordance with the conditions of the lease, which lies for inspection in the hands of the undersigned.
