THE Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that on and after the First day of Novemher next, the undermentioned RATEd of PILOTAGE will be CHANGED at the PORT of NELSON, instead of the Rates previously advertised. Steam vessels entering the Harbor more than once during any one year, commencing on the lst January, to pay half the above rates each time of entrance and departure after the first. Sailing Vessels.
