The Star of the South left Napier on Wednesday, 9sh inst., at 4 p.m.; had strong southerlj gale and thick weather shortly after leaving, and anchored under Cape Kidnappers at 6 the same evening. Left again at 6 a.m. on the 10th, and experienced strong westerly gale throughout the passage, arriving here at 5 a.m. on the 12th. She Drought ,62 head of fat cattle and about 400 sheep, which were delivered in excellent condition, to the order of D. Max Se Co. Tie Star leaves for Napier this evening.
