London, July 2nd. The Panama Mail arrived on June 27. The Queen* opened the Royal Albert Orphan Asylum, near Bagshot, on the 29th June, in person. The Yelverton case is again before the public, an appeal, now in hearing, having been made in the House of Lords against the decision of the Court of Session in Scotland, refusing to admit a reference of the cause to Major Yelverton's oath.
