The Manchester Examiner states that the late Mr. Tunnicliff, of Macclesfield, (uncle of Mr. T. Tunicliff, of Wakefield, in this province,) has bequeathed the munificent sum of £30,000, to endow an infirmary at Macclesfield, ' provided the inhabitants subscribe the sum of £10,000 to provide a site and erect a building.
