NOTICE is hereby given that a MEETING of RATEPAYERS will be held in the Market-place, at Noon, on MONDAY, the 29th of July instant, for the purpose of ELECTING FOUR MEMBERS of the Board of Works, to supply the vacancies which will then occur by the resignation of Mr. R. Aitken, and by the retire - ment of-Messrs. Rout, D. Burns, and W. Wright (whose term of office will then expire, but who are eligible for re-election).
