NOTICE TO INHABITANTS OF RICHMOND AND VICINITY.
We have this day appointed Mr. Samuel Lucas (near the Wesleyau Chapel, Richmond) as Agent for the Nelson Evening Mail, for the above district, copies of which paper may be obtained of him every evening. Parties desirous of becoming subscribers will please send in their names as speedily as possible, subscription pay able in advance. R. Lucas & Son. Nelson, June 10, 1867.
