Wellington, 1 p.m., June 15, 1867. The Grand Jury at Auckland have ignored the bill against Cox 5 charged under the Fraudulent Trustees Act. Nothing is known of Briggs and Moore. Tauranga accounts state that the war had subsided in that district. Major Heaphy had been returned member for Parnell in the General Assembly. Mr. Henderson has resigned the representation of the northern division of Auckland ; Mr. M'Earlane proposed.
