He delivered a speech in the German Parliamont, in which he described the re-establishment^ of a Polish Republic as a fantastical dream, j There are not Poles cough to accomplish/ it. j Secret treaties recently concluded be-; tween Prussia, Bavana, Baden, aud other! Southern States of Germany, have beenj published. They show, says a Paris; journal, that France is brought in face of 50,000,000 of united Germans, mostly soldiers.
