The Daily limes finds it necessary to preach caution to the indignant people of Ofago. The following passage occurs in a recent leading article : — With such difficulties present, the coolest deliberation on the part of the Provincial Executive is absolutely requisite. No one can feel indifferent are to the result of the present state of affairs. The complications have only begun, but every one will see how necessary it is, that however determined to assert and maintain their rights, the inhabitants of the province must do nothing, that in any way will endanger that reputation for loyalty, which they have so deservedly earned by the proceedings of the last few mouth 6. It will be owing to the good sense of the people, that the provocation received, educe no other action than a settled purpose that a Colonial Ministry, who dares so to outrage the feelings and interests of the province, shall be speedily ejected from office,
