SUTCLIFFE will Sell by Public Auction, at Pokororo, fifteen miles from Motueka, on WEDNKSDAY, the 15th of May, at 10 for half-past 10 o'clock, prompt, the following valuable PROPERTY :— • Lot I.—- 42 acres of excellent flat land, about 10 acres being partially in Grass, 1 acre Bush, and the rest Fern Land in two flat terraces. A four-rail fence bounds two sides, and there is a frontage of nearly 10 chains to the Motueka Kiver. The vendor reserves the rig-lit to bid once for each lot, but an advance of £5 on that bid will secure the lot being sold to the highest bidder; a deposit of 10 per cent, to be paid at the time of the sale, one half of the balance on receiving the conveyance (to be dated June 1st); the other half may remain on interest at 10 per cent.
