SUTCLIFFE will Sell by Public Auction, at Pokororo, fifteen miles from Motueka, on WEDNESDAY, the 15th of May, at 10 for half-past 10 o'clock, prompt, the fol* lowing valuable PROPERTY :— Lot 1.— 42 acres of excellent flat land, about 10 acres being partially in Grass, 1' acre Bush, and the rest Fern Land in two flat terraces. A four-rail fence bounds iavo sides, and there is a frontage of nearly 10 chains to the Motueka River. Lot 15. — 125 acres of excellent Bush and Fern Land, the hills being of rich loose soil. Lot 16. — 165 acres of capital Bush Land, adjoining the last lot. Lot 17. — 124 acres of good Bush Land, between Captain Wright's and Mr. Parkinson's sections. The vendor reserves the right to bid once for each lot, but an advance of £5 on that bid will secure the lot being sola to the highest bidder; a deposit of 10 per cent, to be paid at the time of the sale, one half of the balance on receiving the conveyance (to be dated June 1st); the other half may remain on interest at 10 per cent.
