LDRON informs the inhabitants of Nelson • and Motueka that he has COMMENCED Rl NNING a Two-horse CARRIAGE between Nelson and Motueka, and that he is prepared to convey Passengers and Parcels in safety and with derratch. T*ie Conveyance will leave the Commercial Hotel, NELSON every MONDAY and THURSDAY morning at half-past 9 o'clock ; and the Motueka Hotel, MOTUEKA, every TUESDAY and FRIDAY morning, at 8 o'clock. Seats and parcels booked in Nelson, at the Royal Hotel, Bridge-street, and the Commercial Hotel, Trafalgar-street; at Motueka, at the Motueka Hotel, and Mr. M'Donald's, Post Office. By His Honor Oswald Curtis, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Neison, in the Colony of New Zealand, &c, &c, &c. WHEREAS, a Proclamation was issued by the Superintendent of the said province, on the Ninth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, prohibiting tbe killing of certain birds and animals, specified in the said Proclamation: Now therefore, I. the Superintendent of the said Province, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me in that behalf, do hereby revoke the said Proclamation, so far as relates to the killing of PHEASANTS, during the month of JUNE next, in the districts of Motueka, Pangatotara, and Lower Moutere, as constituted under the authority of the Education Act, passed by the Provincial Council of the said province. Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Nelson, this Second day of May, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven. OSWALD CURTIS, Superintendent.
